Shipping within Gulf Countries

Delivery to other Gulf countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia) takes between 4 to 7 business days. We work with trusted global courier companies like DHL to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.

Shipping to other countries

Delivery to other countries outside of GCC can take upto 8-12 business days depending on the location.

Warranty against Manufacturing Defects

All J&M pieces are warranted against manufacturing defects by a 14-day official limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Returns:

We allow returns 7 days from the date of purchase provided that the product is unused and the packaging is in original condition. Incase of a manufacturing defect the shipping cost will be covered by Jass & Mine. In other cases, customer will bear the restock fees & shipping cost.

How to process the return?

• Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, or engaging in strenuous activities.
• Store separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratches and tarnish.
• Clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth after each use to remove oils and residues.
• For sterling silver, use a silver polishing cloth to maintain its shine
