We want you to love your purchase from Jass & Mine. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  
  
• Items must be unused, with all original packaging, tags, and certificates (if applicable) in place.
  
  
• For items with a manufacturing defect, J&M will cover the return shipping cost.
  
  
• For all other returns, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
