Delivery to other Gulf countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia) takes between 4 to 7 business days. We work with trusted global courier companies like DHL to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.

Delivery to other countries outside of GCC can take upto 8-12 business days depending on the location.

Warranty against Manufacturing Defects
All J&M pieces are warranted against manufacturing defects by a 14-day official limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Returns & Exchange
Returns:
We allow returns 7 days from the date of purchase provided that the product is unused and the packaging is in original condition. Incase of a manufacturing defect the shipping cost will be covered by Jass & Mine. In other cases, customer will bear the restock fees & shipping cost.
