Warranty against Manufacturing Defects
All J&M pieces are warranted against manufacturing defects by a 14-day official limited warranty from the date of purchase.
Care Instructions
- Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, and household chemicals.
- Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, or engaging in strenuous activities.
- Store separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratches and tarnish.
- Clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth after each use to remove oils and residues.
- For sterling silver, use a silver polishing cloth to maintain its shine

Returns:
We allow returns 7 days from the date of purchase provided that the product is unused and the packaging is in original condition. Incase of a manufacturing defect the shipping cost will be covered by Jass & Mine. In other cases, customer will bear the restock fees & shipping cost.
